What data we collect and why
Name, company, email, phone, the approximate number of vehicles in your fleet, the program you use and whatever you write in the message. We use them only to answer your request, show you the program and, if you ask, send you a quote.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law.
Artificial intelligence
Vera, the assistant: your questions (written or voice notes) are sent to Google (Gemini) to obtain the answer and, if you ask, to read it aloud. We do not store the conversations or the audio; we only record the usage and, to apply the limit of 10 questions a day, an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address that does not reveal which one it is. Answers to general questions, with no personal data, are kept for 30 days to answer instantly anyone who asks the same thing. Do not write personal data in the chat.
Vera is an artificial intelligence: her answers are for guidance only, may contain errors and do not replace the advice of an accountant, a transport consultant or a lawyer.
Cookies
This website only uses a technical session cookie, needed to remember that you have accepted the assistant's notices. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, restrict it or request its portability by writing to info@facturagestotal.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
